Release Agreement

I hereby grant John Mack, Life Calling Foundation, and Notes from Humanity, its members, legal representatives, related entities, successors, assigns, licensees, and all other authorized persons or entities the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, re-use, publish, republish, reproduce, prepare derivative works from, distribute, sell, assign and/or copyright my likeness, picture, portrait, video, photograph, sound, and/or voice recording, as well as any written works I provide, in any form of media or platform now or in the future.

I understand and agree that:

• I will not receive any compensation for my participation or the use of my likeness, voice, or written works.
• I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials or their use.
• I release John Mack and Life Calling Foundation, its members, legal representatives, related entities, successors, assigns, licensees, contractors, agents, employees, and all authorized persons or entities from any claims related to the use of these materials, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, publicity rights, or copyright.

I affirm that I have voluntarily agreed to participate, fully understand the contents and consequences of this agreement, and acknowledge that it is binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
